At SnapNote, we believe in building trust through transparency. We understand that sometimes a product isn't the right fit—which is why we offer a straightforward, no-questions-asked refund policy.

1. Free Trial

We offer a free trial so you can experience the full value of SnapNote risk-free. You won't be charged during this period, so take the time to ensure SnapNote meets your needs before your subscription begins.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on both Monthly and Yearly plans.

  • Initial purchase: Simply contact us within 14 days of your first charge, and we'll issue a full refund—no questions asked.

  • After 14 days: We generally don't offer refunds beyond the 14-day window, but your service will continue through the end of your current billing cycle.

3. Auto-Renewals

We know renewals can sometimes catch you off guard.

  • Renewal refunds: If your plan auto-renews and you didn't intend to continue, reach out within 14 days of the transaction date and we'll honor a full refund.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

  • How to cancel: Go to the Billing or Settings page in your account.

  • What happens next: You'll retain access to SnapNote's premium features through the end of your current billing cycle and won't be charged again.

5. Requesting a Refund

Email our support team at sales@getsmartscribe.ai and include the email address associated with your account along with your Transaction ID or Order Number, if available. We'll process your request as quickly as possible.

6. Processing Time

Once we process your refund, you'll receive a confirmation email from Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
